Featured project – Wild oak ranch

Hyatt Vacation Club at Wild Oak Ranch is a beautiful, historically reminiscent property outside of downtown San Antonio, TX. The expansive grounds cover 29 acres and house a lazy river and a
27-hole golf course. They partnered with us to replace 18 water heaters on the property with tankless heaters. The project spanned 5 buildings with 3 stories each, requiring our team to be agile to avoid disrupting guests or hotel employees during our renovations. We deployed 3 Hoegger employees to complete the project successfully and with minimal disruption within 10 weeks.
