Featured Project: The Stoneleigh Uptown Dallas
The Stoneleigh Dallas is currently in the midst of a renovation by our team. This stylish boutique hotel is part of Marriott’s distinctive Premium Collection, and has been an icon in Uptown Dallas since 1923.
Rather than simply “modernize” this Le Méridien property, we wanted to honor its historic roots while offering guests the comforts of modern luxury. Chinoiserie wallpaper, whimsical sconces and rich, saturated upholstery ensure this sophisticated property is glamorous without ever being stuffy. The suites and guest rooms are beautifully appointed with velvet upholstered headboards and bathrooms one would come to expect from a hotel of this caliber.
And then there is the beautiful Perle on Maple. Uptown Dallas’s lively culture has secured the Stoneleigh’s very own restaurant and bar as a favorite neighborhood hot spot. With its expansive patio and lively indoor seating, Perle is undergoing a transformation as well. Our team is enriching the atmosphere with cozy banquette seating, stylish bar stools a a fully reimagined color palette. This Uptown jewel is sure to be “the” place to be seen once renovations are complete.
